Examination of the documents
Acceptance is decided according to the candidates’ academic records/work experience/foreign language abilities/diplomas. In particular, the letter of self-introduction is thoroughly examined by the human resources team and the various on-site departments (‘Documents examination TFT’). Candidate’s abilities and interest in our company are also examined, and acceptance is decided at this point.
Performance validation
Candidate’s personality and aptitude are examined on the base of the received documents.
At Hyundai Mseat, we use different interviewing methods to define if the candidate’s profile is conform to our requirements in term of talent search. Interviews are conducted at different levels such as interviews about major/debate interviews/ interviews in English/interview about personality, etc.
Medical checkup
Medical checkups are conducted at a medical center designated by the company.
